The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation to those who serve or who have served, and their families, which says we will do all we can to ensure they are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives.
The Covenant is a voluntary pledge that Eaton-Evans & Morris formally undertook in February 2023, subsequently receiving the bronze award the following month.
The Armed Forces Covenant relies on the people, communities and business of the UK to actively support it in order to make a difference. . The armed forces have had a local presence within Pembrokeshire for many, many years during which Eaton-Evans & Morris have supported through the release of reservists to complete operational tours as well as the employment of military families.
