Sean graduated with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) in Business Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School which he passed with Commendation.  Sean started his training with Eaton-Evans and Morris Solicitors in 1996 and graduated as a solicitor in 1998 and has been a partner/director since 2010.

Sean’s main areas of expertise cover the following:

  • Wills, Estates and Probate
  • Contentious Trusts and Probate matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Civil and commercial dispute resolution
  • Mediation/ADR
  • Property matters, both contentious and non-contentious conveyancing

Sean is a student member of the Society of the Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is the specialist qualification for solicitors dealing with Wills and Probate matters and is currently studying for this specialist qualification. He is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and therefore is able to deal with both contentious and non-contentious Wills and Probate matters.  To compliment the above Sean is also a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator having gained his qualification with the ADR group and is qualified to act either as a Mediator or to represent clients in civil and commercial dispute resolution matters.

Sean is a former President of the West Wales Law Society and in his spare time Sean enjoys karate and watching rugby.
